I’m Melissa Gordon, the maker and teacher behind SewSuited. With a background in fashion, costume design, and nursing education, I’ve taught sewing to refugee mothers in Clarkston, led outreach projects in Sierra Leone, and even created garments for movies and television. My mission is to help others discover the joy of sewing through hands-on workshops that inspire confidence and creativity.
